Abstract: The optimal conditions for synthesis are determined. The technology for obtaining composite protective sol-gel coatings that contain finely dispersed powders of titanium oxide (carbon) and nanosized graphene powder is described. The results of analyzing the thickness, adhesion, and surface morphology of the resulting coatings are presented. The influence of the composition and concentration of graphene on the hardness, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and hydrophobic properties is established. The moisture resistance, resistance to salt fog and resistance to temperature fluctuations of the resulting sol-gel coatings are investigated.

Keywords: sol-gel, film-forming solution, compositional coatings, thickness, adhesion, mechanical strength, resistance to thermal cycling.
