Abstract: Sol-gel technique for obtaining nanocomposite organic-inorganic materials doped with rare earth elements is presented. The optimal regimes for the formation of composite polymer layers have been determined. The influence of the initial composition and heat treatment modes on the thickness, adhesion and optical properties of the resulting films has been established. Studies of the surface topography and spectral-luminescent properties of the synthesized polymer films have been carried out.

Keywords: sol-gel, organic polymer, rare earth elements, adhesion, mechanical strength, optical properties, luminescence.
