ZnO-based nanorods synthesised by sol-gel method

Abstract: The liquid-phase method for obtaining ZnO nanostructures is presented. To form nanorods of zinc oxide, substrates with the seed coat were used. The influence of synthesis conditions and modifying substances on the morphology of ZnO nanorods was studied.
