Technology of adaptive control of automated production systems based on neural networks

Abstract: The paper presents a control adaptation technology based on the synthesis of neuroregulators using neural network algorithms. The technology includes a procedure for synthesizing a neuroregulator, which uses algorithms for optimizing the neural network architecture. The proposed approach to development provides for the possibility of setting numerical criteria for assessing the quality of adaptation and using a simulation model of the process control system. In the presence of a prototype regulator, the dynamics of its functioning are simulated to improve the adaptive characteristics of the system.
