An additive approach to nonlinear degree of discrete function

Abstract: An additive approach to the definition of the nonlinearity degree of a discrete function is proposed. For elementary abelian groups, this notion is equivalent to ordinary “multiplicative” one. As a consequence we obtain the method for describing a stabilizer groups of a $p^m$-valued function in the transition groups.
