Abstract: Analytically determined is the distribution of the electric area of the pulse generated by the charges arising from the ionization of an initially uncharged microobject, which, after recombination caused by the Coulomb attraction of charges, is again uncharged. It is shown that when approaching the points at which the instantaneous velocity of the particles turns to 0, the electric area grows infinitely according to a power law (“the -3/2 rule”).

Keywords: unipolar pulses of radiation, electric area of pulses.
