Abstract: A numerical study of acoustic resonances of an optical-acoustic detector (OAD) with differential cylindrical Helmholtz resonators with variations in their basic parameters has been carried out. The dependences of the Q-factor of acoustic resonance and the resonant frequency on the geometric parameters of the OAD were obtained and analyzed. The obtained results can be used in development of optical-acoustic gas analyzers.

Keywords: laser gas analyzer, an optical-acoustic detector, computer simulation.
