Abstract: The paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of the Raman spectra of xenomaterials from spongy and compact components of bone tissue after flow delipidation. 36 samples of xenomaterials obtained using the Lioplast$^\circledR$ technology, 18 samples of spongy and 18 samples of compact bone tissue, were used as objects of research. Flow delipidation was carried out by filtering solutions after demineralization of spongy and compact bone tissue. As a result of the studies, it was found that the filtration process helps to reduce the concentration of triglycerides in the studied xenomaterials obtained from spongy and compact bone tissue. Spectral changes in spongy bone tissue after filtration were established, which indicate a higher quality of processing of these biomaterials after the delipidation stage.

Keywords: Raman spectroscopy, xenomaterials, cancellous bone tissue, compact bone tissue, delipidation.
