Abstract: Hybrid complexes of tetraaminophenylporphyrin with nanodiamonds and hyaluronic acid have been synthesized. Their basic photophysical properties have been studied by spectroscopic methods. It has been shown that porphyrins in the complexes are capable of acting as photosensitizers, since they retain their ability to generate singlet oxygen. The values of the quantum yields of singlet oxygen generation by the relative method are estimated. Such complexes may be promising for the development of optical theranostics methods.

Keywords: nanoscale diamonds, hybrid complexes, tetraaminophenylporphyrin, hyaluronic acid, spectral-luminescent properties, singlet oxygen generation, optical theranostics.
