Abstract: The results of studying the spectroscopy and kinetics of the sensitivity in air and vacuum of indium zinc oxide nanofibers to ultraviolet radiation at various ratios of In and Zn concentrations are presented. It has been shown that the greatest sensitivity is observed at an indium content of about 50 at.

Keywords: indium zinc oxide, nanowires, photosensitivity, photocurrent spectroscopy, photocurrent kinetics.
