Double Compton scattering of a photon by an atomic ion

Abstract: The analytical structure, absolute values, and angular anisotropy of the four-fold differential cross sections of the nonlocal and local double Compton scattering are theoretically predicted when an X-ray photon is scattered by a multicharged helium-like atomic ion.
