Traffic network’s section modeling by the example of a crossroad

Abstract: Traffic network is a complicated system which involves a great number of components such as the roads, transportation means, drivers, pedestrians, traffic control means, traffic conditions, etc. which are closely correlated and significantly impact each other. In the terms of this condition the cause-and-effect approach is used in the foundation of the development of models for the transportation-traffic system sections due to which the effect of heterogeneous components on the road situation is being considered and particularly the human factor is being emphasized.
