Abstract: The purpose of the study is to enrich water flow with oxygen, which leads to $CO_{2}$ reduction. To solve the technological problem of reducing the oxygen content in $CO_{2}$ and reducing the $CO_{2}$ content, a laboratory test device was prepared. Using the technology of thin walls weir, with a separation from the ridge of the jet overflowing over the threshold, it is possible to increase the oxygen content in the water without using external energy, temporarily reducing the carbon dioxide content. The work, based on the results of theoretical and experimental studies, shows that the developed technology is effective for enriching groundwater with oxygen and reducing $CO_{2}$ content for the fishing industry. The research was carried out on the basis of field research, laboratory tests, theoretical and experimental solutions, with modern equipment available in the Republic of Armenia. The results can be introduced and applied in fish farms operating in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, ensuring more efficient and cost-effective work. It should be noted that the use of the developed technology contributes to the solution of no less important problem - environmental protection.

Keywords: $CO_{2}$ in groundwater, $CO_{2}$ levels in groundwater, oxygen enrichment of water, fishing industry, degassing.
