Abstract:
Issues on increasing the fatigue resistance of the elements of the force diagrams of constructions subjected to surface plastic deformation (SPD) of their working surfaces and transfer sections are considered. The regression relations between the parameters of the acting factors and the fatigue resistance coefficients are revealed. Taking into account their interrelation, a nomogram is plotted, allowing to determine the optimal values of the remaining parameters by the calculating-graphical method at the presence of the proposed parameter (coefficient) of the prevailing factor. A detailed estimation of the fatigue resistance of the considered elements of the structure at different levels of stress concentration is introduced.
