Modernization issues of estimation process in РА construction industry

Abstract: Article presents the current issues in the RA construction industry estimation, related to imperfections of current pricing system as well as the need of introducing automated systems for planning, including estimation section. The possible ways of solving key issues in the field of research are presented, particularly; logical scheme for interconnecting required information libraries with BIM construction information modelling system is presented.
