Construction of cast-in-place three-ply bearing walls

Abstract: The proposal concerns the construction sphere. The purpose of which is to develop a formwork which will allow to build cast-in-place three-layer walls. A new type of blocked formwork has been proposed, with the help of which the walls are faced with stone tiles composed of concrete protective, bearing and insulating layers. The formwork is light and simple structured, formwork operations are performed manually. Due to several innovations, the reliability of the formwork has increased. Thermal resistance of the walls being constructed was determined.
