The contemporary practice of social housing construction in the RA housing stock by the example of Mush 2 district of Gyumri

Abstract: Social housing is not only a social issue, but also a challenge for urban development, architecture and engineering professionals, which should provide relevant modern solutions. The contemporary practice and new perceptions of social housing have been studied, analyzed Gyumri's experience in that frameworks, particularly thermal isolation and project realization issues, based on a number of facts and field research results. Here architecture and construction are presented as tools for solving social problems.
