Abstract:
component half-space consisting of an ideally contacting elastic half-space and a layer is considered.
The layer contains two parallel stress concentrators in the form of cracks or rigid inclusions. External loads can be applied on the shores of the cracks, stamp and inclusions. The problems of definitions and behavior of the basic mechanical characteristics (stress distribution laws and stress intensity coefficients at the ends of cracks and end points of inclusions for different values of the problem parameters) are studied. The solution of the problem, with the help of the Fourier transform, is reduced to a system of singular integral equations with respect to unknown contact stresses and jumps of displacements through the lines of cracks.
Keywords:crack, stamp, integral equation, stress intensity coefficient.
