Efficiency of implementation of $WMS$ system in logistics centers

Abstract: The effective management of human and material and technical resources in logistics centers, increasing the efficiency of human resources use, optimization, maximum mobility control, elimination of job shortcomings, advanced logistics, rational collection and operation of material and technical resources are considered. The effectiveness of the implementation of the system is analyzed on the basis of management experience in logistics centers. The leadership of each organization sooner or later faces the problem of increasing the efficiency of the warehouse complex. The warehouse is one of the key links of the logistics chain for most enterprises and in no case should it turn into a small part of it. The goal of the study is to improve management efficiency in logistics centers, increase resource savings and reduce costs for supply chains.
