Abstract: The installation regulations of vehicles’ gas cylinder operating through the compressed natural gas have been studied. It is recommended to carry out strength calculation in order to choose the elements fastening the gas cylinders to the car carcass. Taking into consideration the fact that hitting behind the automobiles in the RA comprises $25--30~\%$ of the total accidents, a safe seat has been also recommended, which will protect the drivers and the passenger nearby from injuries. Given recommendations will foster the internal passive safety of the vehicles, consequently increasing traffic safety.

Keywords: passive safety, bang, gas cylinder, safe seat, injuries.
