Digital frequency synthesizer for the quantum standard of frequency on atoms of Cs$^{133}$

Abstract: The article describes a new design of a digital frequency synthesizer of quantum frequency standard on atoms of Cs$^{133}$. A research of the new synthesizer design showed an increase in the frequency accuracy. Permission on the frequency and a phase increased, improved the value of the Allan deviation. New design of the synthesizer has a lower power consumption.
