Abstract: This article focused on control methods for characteristics of packet network traffic based on prioritization and probabilistic push-out mechanism. On the example of two-flow queueing system(QS) with a limited amount of buffer memory and packets processing algorithm with a replacement probability of non-priority packet by priority packets parameter studied statistical characteristics of a QS with prioritized packets processing. Proposed a way to summarize obtained results for multi-flow QS of the same type, which are used in modern cloud computing environments and cyber-physical systems of class like "internet of things". Considered algorithms are applied on the third level of hierarchical model of robotic remote control system, described in article "«Network-centric approach to creating a remote control system for a robotic object from a board of an orbital station" in this issue of this journal. In this model for communicating with robot are used dynamically generated virtual connections(VC).
