Abstract: The influence of quantum dots CdSe/ZnS on the photoconductive and on spectral properties of polyimide matrices have been investigated. The photocurrent increase has been obtained (on one – two order of magnitude) in thin film organic system with semiconductor nanoparticles. Bathochromic shift for the investigated nanocomposite have been found in the near IR range. The results received can be interesting for micro- and a nanoelectronics, solar energy elements, etc.

Keywords: quantum dots, photoconductivity, spectral properties, complex formation.
