Existence of a null Chaplygin approximation for a solution of the generalized Cauchy problem

Abstract: In this paper two theorems are proved on the existence of a null Chaplygin approximation for a solution of the generalized Cauchy problem, from which the solvability of this problem in the class of continuous functions follows.
