Certain properties of measures on a normed space possessing the property $RN$

Abstract: In the paper we investigate nonnegative measures on the spaces indicated. We ascertain that the behavior of measures (in particular, the universal measurability of certain mappings and the possibility of an extension to a wider $\sigma$-algebra) in its own turn characterizes Banach spaces possessing the property $RN$.
