Complete extensions of topological spaces

Abstract: We consider complete extensions of locally connected and peripherally bicompact spaces. We formulate a necessary and sufficient condition for a one-point bicompactification of a locally bicompact space to be a unique bicompactification with zero-dimensional growth.
