A majorant for the multiplicities of eigenvalues of the Laplace operator with periodic conditions

Abstract: In the case of periodic conditions, we find explicit upper estimates in terms of power functions for the multiplicities $r_n(p)$ of eigenvalues of the Laplace operator.
