Abstract:
The role of feedback in administrative situations is shown. The concept of Cooperating Fund Flows (CFF) is described. According to this concept the description of the business-process realizing behavior of the distribution channel in a mode of marketing strategy “JUST IN TIME” is given. Occurrence of “delays” and “amplifications” and their influence on interaction of business-processes are considered. On the basis of concept CFF it is constructed flow model of three any business making practically: investments, primary activity and financing.
