Abstract: The evolution of the stress state of shell forms by the smelted models under nonstationary external thermal influence, mainly when pouring liquid metal into cold foundry shell forms, is studied.

Keywords: castings based on molten models, shell shape, stress state, temperature influence, liquid metal casting, cracking.
