Solution of the problem of optimum control regional economic system in the conditions of the scientific and technical and social and educational progress
Abstract:
In this paper the algorithm for solving the optimal control problem of a regional economic system in terms of scientific and technological, social and educational progress is considered. The results of solving the optimal control problem as an example of the Udmurt Republic are given. It is shown that an increase in the pace of social, educational, scientific and technical progress in the economic system leads to a significant increase in its effectiveness.
