Abstract:
The investigation of charmonium production is one of the key goals of the CBM experiment. The
study of pAu collisions at 30 GeV beam energy is considered a part of the CBM research program and will be performed in the first phase of FAIR with a start version of the CBM detector at
SIS-100. Results of $J/\psi$ reconstruction feasibility studies in dimuon channel in proton-nuclear
collisions at SIS-100 energies with the use of KFParticle package are presented. Simulated detector concept includes STS and MuCh detector systems. The algorithm allows to reconstruct $J/\psi$
with an efficiency of 27.16% and the signal to the background ratio of 19.4.
