Abstract: The problem about the two-dimensional stress state the metal-composit plates reinforced by fibres of a constant cross-section and working in conditions of steady creeping of all phases of a composition is formulated. The method of the solution of a problem in view is developed. The way of an approximate solution of such problems to conditions of unsteady creeping is specified. The concrete calculations which have shown are lead, that speed of moving of points of plates at the steady creeping essentially depends on structure of reinforcement, type of attaching and a loading of a design. The opportunity of use of is rigid-creeping model of behaviour of materials of phases of a composition is shown at technical calculations of the thin-walled reinforced designs in conditions of creeping.

Keywords: metal-composites, reinforcement, plates, steady creeping, two-dimensional stress state.
