About structures of power hierarchies

Abstract: On the basis of analytical research of base model of treelike hierarchies various problems of reforming of power structures are considered. With the help of corresponding computing experiments which were made for the decision of some problems of optimization of power system, optimal (in a certain sense) structures of power hierarchies were defined and consequences of applying of this or that strategy of reforming were estimated.
