Abstract: The influence of initial covering of the surface at TRS is researched. Order-disorder phase transitions in non-ideal layer of adsorbate are taken into account. It ts shown that the form of TRS is more complex when initial covering is more dense. This is caused by superstructures in the layer of adsorbate.
