Abstract: Interaction of two light waves in liquids and gases on a thermal nonlinearity axe considered taking into account acoustic oscillations of a medium. The interaction dynamics has been stydied by computer experiments including the scheme with feedback. For the situation that are common in phase conjugating optical pulses by four-wave mixing in the medium infrared diapason acoustic oscillations exert considerable influence on energy exchange procceses. In the scheme with feedback the role of acoustic oscillations increases and the energy exchange between the wave take places more effectively.
