The qualitive analysis of solutions that correspond to one superstructure on a surface in non-ideal layer of adsorbate

Abstract: The detail investigation of nonlinear equation which describe superstructure $P(2\times1)$ in nonideal layer of adsorbed particles on monocrystal surface (100) is carried out. Areas, correspondent to the determined number of solutions, corresponding to the superstructure, are defined in threedimentional space of parameters. The results are obtained for quasichemical approximation and mean field approximation.
