The contrast structures in the reaction–advection–diffusion equations

Abstract: The problem of existence of solutions of contrast structures type for some nonlinear singularly perturbed equations is considered. Physically, this problem may be interpreted as a model for a one dimensional steady–state reaction–diffusion–advection system.
