The weighted algorithm for the solution of the non-linear boltzmann equation in manyvalley semiconductor

Abstract: Stochastic algorithm for the solution of the system of non- linear Boltzmann equations in many-valley semiconductors is proposed, in which for every particle a random time-dependent weight is declared.
