Mathematical modelling of power distribution dynamics in hierarchical structures

Abstract: The methodology of mathematical modelling [1]–[6] is applied to analysis of a system “state power – civil society”. A mathematical macromodel, describing a dynamics of power distribution in state hierarchical structures and an influence of society reaction on a formation of this distribution is built. Some important problems of power distribution dynamics available for study by modelling are discussed. The main attention is devoted to low-governed system. For this system a problem of existence and features of stable stationary power distributions as well as a problem of disobeing low frameworks by state authorities are investigated. Some negative consequences of such a disobeing in case of system deformed with respect to law-governed society are studied. From a mathematical point of view the model corresponds to some boundary problem for integro-differential equation of “parabolic” type available both for purely theoretical study and for computer simulation.
