The generalized model of a pure industry

Abstract: The generalized Hauthakker–Johansen model is investigated for the case of positive homogeneous production functions on the micro level. The theorems on the existence of the solution, necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality are proved for the corresponding problem of the optimal resource allocation.
