Optimization models of the budjet sphere financing

Abstract: The paper considers the problem of providing the sufficient standards for those groups of population whose main sourse of income is a state or local budjet. Besides the growth of salaries, we study methods of price reduction by means of consumer goods interventions and investments in new technologies. The paper finds the optimal strategy which provides a desirable consumption level under the minimal budjet expenses.
