Mutual debts canceling problem and nonpayment crisis

Abstract: More power criterium than early used is supposed here for the problem of mutual debts canceling. This criterium is based on bipartite graph consequence from symmetric theorem about supply and demand. Real reasons of mutual debts crisis are analyzed. Main of them are state including in mutual debts system and existence of not equal debts. Exit possibility from this crisis is analyzed.
