Abstract: Based on generalized conductivity theory, simulation models were developed for calculating the dielectric constants of two-component magnetic composites consisting of iron doped barium titanate particles and oligomeric isocyanate, intended for use in capillary electrochromatography. Of these, the best-fitting model, based on the corrected Wiener inequality, allowed for calculating the dielectric constants in good agreement with experimental data, with an average relative standard deviation of less than 6%.

Keywords: capillary electrochromatography, magnetic particles, capillary coatings, polymer composites, dielectric constant, mathematical modeling.
