Three new trifluoromethyl derivatives of [60]fullerene, C₆₀(CF₃)₁₂

Abstract: Three new C₆₀(CF₃)₁₂ isomers have been synthesized by high-temperature trifluoromethylation of [60]fullerene with CF₃I, isolated by HPLC, and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction.
