Abstract: A novel reaction involving O+ transfer from phenazine di-N-oxide radical cation (OPO+.) to secondary amines to form phenazine mono-N-oxide (OP) and nitroxyl radical has been observed and investigated by cyclic voltammetry and EPR methods.
