Abstract: A probable mechanism is proposed for the restoration of spatial memory infringed by the addition of cycloheximide suppressing the protein synthesis in the central nervous system; the spatial memory is restored by the introduction of a C60/PVP fullerene adduct where the fullerene acts as an efficient adsorbent of this inhibitor
