Organic light emitting diodes with a solution processible organic bulk heterojunction electroluminescent layer

Abstract: Efficient organic light emitting diodes with an electroluminescent layer composed of the blends of p-type and n-type organic semiconductors, which undergo nanoscale phase separation to form a bulk heterojunction with percolated hole and electron transport channels, are reported.
