Electron impact generation of tetraazidocyclobutadiene radical cation from tetraazidopyridine-2-carbonitrile

Abstract: Upon electron impact, tetraazidopyridine-2-carbonitrile releases cyanogen to form tetraazidocyclobutadiene radical cation as the first representative of azido-substituted cyclo-butadiene derivatives.
