Abstract: An intelligent system of monitoring of infections of special danger (by the example of plague) is proposed. An interval analogue for immunocomputing approach and interval initial data, which characterize a state of the plague triad (vehicle–transmitter–plague germ), were used in the monitoring. Examples of prognostication of epizootic processes in a landscape-ecological region (the Akdala plain) of the Pribalkhashsky natural focus of plague are given.

Key words: plague triad, epizootic process, immunocomputing approach, plague risk index.
