Structure and thermoelectric properties of CrSi$_2$ crystallized from a tin solution–melt

Abstract: The thermoelectric properties of CrSi$_2$ single crystals grown from a tin solution–melt are studied. A correlation is found between the unit cell parameters of the CrSi$_2$ crystals, their thermoelectric properties, and solution–melt cooling conditions.
